Nov 10, 2014 - Individuals Employees who received $20 or more in tips during September should report them to their employer.
Oct 15, 2014 - Individuals If you have an automatic 6-month extension to file your income tax return for 2013, file Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ and pay any tax, interest, and penalties due.
Nov 12, 2014 - Federal Holiday Veterans' Day

Nov 24, 2014 - Federal Holiday Thanksgiving Day
Dec 10, 2014 - Individuals Employees who received $20 or more in tips during November should report them to their employer.

What to bring for your 2014 Income Tax Return
1- Copy of your 2013 Income Tax Return. If you are New Customer.
2- Each personel Name, D.O.B., and Soc. Security Number (Soc. Sec. Card if new client).
3- Proof of INCOME EARNED:
W-2,1099B,1099R,1099MISC,1099G,K-1,etc...
4- Proof of EXPENSES:
          A. MEDICAL EXPENSES   
          B. MORTAGE INTEREST PAID
             PROPERTY TAXES PAID
          *Interest on a Contract for Deed requires you to bring Name,
            Address, and SS# of Contract Holder.
          C. CLOSING PAPERS FROM ALL PURCHASES / SALES / REFINANCES.
          D. 2012 & 2013 PROPERTY TAX STATEMENT AND/OR 2011 CRP FORM.
          E. CONTRIBUTIONS:

                *NON-CASH
     NOTE: for 2012 - All donations need a receipt from the organization,
     as well as proof of payment (ie. Canceled check or credit card receipt.)
     F. UNION DUES
        UNREIMBURSED JOB EXPENSES

     H. MOVING EXPENSES
          (If you moved 50+ miles because of a new job)
     I. DAYCARE/PRESCHOOL EXPENSES PAID
        *Please bring Name, Address, and Social Security Number
          (or Fed. ID#) for Daycare Provider.
     J. EDUCATION EXPENSES FOR K-12 DEPENDENTS:

     M. IRA, SEP, OR KEOGH CONTRIBUTIONS

          ROLLOVERSAMOUNT
          (Please Bring Documentation of any such transactions.)
     N. IF YOU RECEIVED OVER $10,000.00 FROM ANY NON-
          TAXABLE FOREIGN SOURCES, YOU MUST REPORT IT TO
          AVOID A 50% PENALTY BUT IT WILL REMAIN TAX FREE.
